EASTERN WRESTLING LEAGUE WRESTLER OF THE WEEK

 Our EWL Wrestler of the Week for the week ended February 7, 2010, is Torsten Gillespie, from Webster, New York.  Torsten is a junior at Edinboro University, and competes for the Fighting Scots at 149 pounds.

 This past weekend Edinboro wrestled Bloomsburg University and Cleveland State University.  The Fighting Scots, led by nationally ranked Torsten Gillespie, won both dual meets, beating the Huskies 28-13 and the Vikings 39-6 (thus raising their EWL won/lost record to 4-0).  Gillespie, who briefly had been out of the Edinboro lineup, returned and racked up a pin in each of the two dual meets.
